Here’s The Problem: Taylor Momsen of GOSSIP GIRL is on the cover of Teen Vogue this month. She is very very very grown up and she wants us all to know it: “I live a very adult life. I just can’t relate to what [high school kids] talk about—it seems so petty.”
Actual Problem: Lil’ Tay Tay is 16. Wipe some of that eyeliner off and you get Cindy Lou Who.
Someone needs to tell Taylor that the Courtney Love look is so late 90′s.
She was a fetus in the late 90′s. It’s all “retro” to her.
Yeah, I think she’s pretty. sorta a young Hilarie Burton, to me. But she’s waaayyyy young. I read that interview and I’m like– “What kind of example are you setting? Why are you forcing yourself to grow up too fast?” I also think that although pretty in this shoot, she looks much too old and promiscuous for a 16-year-old. She was prettier with the sandy blonde hair and no eyeliner
