Here’s the problem: Last Monday it was so hot in Los Angeles that we set an all-time heat record – 113 degrees. Today it was 50 degrees cooler, with a light misting of rain all day. The audible equivalent of 24 hours of mist is Gilbert Godfrey and The Nanny knockin boots.
Actual problem: While there’s enough precipitation to make LA drivers freak the hell out, there’s not enough to make my unwashed car look clean. And a dirty car in an accident looks that much worse.
**Special Thanks to Chris for writing this problem and for FINALLY returning to the blogging world after a long stint of being an academic. Welcome back Chris!
